To drive and support the Foundation's overall fundraising efforts through planning and implementation of donor stewardship and engagement programmes.
Corporate donor/partner solicitation and stewardship.
Acquisition and management of in-kind sponsorship.
Lead or support the planning and execution of fundraising events.
Conduct research and analysis for donor projects.
Prepare funding proposals, donation appeals and appreciation letters.
Prepare regular reports for internal and external reporting.
Support Foundation projects/events when required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or Communications.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Business Development and Account Management in a large organisation.
Corporate fundraising experience is highly preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent writing skill and effectively bilingual, as to liaise with Chinese speaking donors.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant disposition, bubbly personality, positive mindset and high energy level.
Able to work independently and also a team player.
Other Information:
Working Location: Toa Payoh.
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursday, 8.30am to 6pm and Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm.
