Provide support and coordination to interdepartmental including but not limited to operation team and HR.
Manage the facilities work order service request portal – AMMS.
Manage the operations team member monthly overtime hour’s adjustment records.
Conducts coordination or assists to landlord, vendors and contractors liaison.
Provide office support for Global Facilities Management Services (GFMS) Department.
Generate PO and creation of vendor’s record in Ariba / SAP.
Higher NiTEC qualification or Diploma.
Prior experience in facilities operations administration will be an advantage.
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Schedule meeting arrangement.
