Job Responsibilities
  • Source and develop new business accounts of companies who require fourth party logistics (4PL) services (e.g., international freight, warehousing, last-mile delivery) such as e-Commerce merchants 
  • Achieve sales target set by Head of Sales or Chief Commercial Officer 
  • Build strong relationships to ensure recurring sales and retention of existing clients 
  • Explore other new business areas and services that the company can offer and grow the customer base for the new business services 
  • Establish key partnerships to enable the new areas of business 
  • Drive the development of capabilities within the company to grow the new areas of business. 
  • Maintain and update CRM database 
  • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned to leverage your strengths 
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of local B2B sales or business development experience with SMEs 
  • Strong hunter instincts 
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial 
  • At least 3 years of experience in the logistics or e-Commerce industry 
  • Class 3 driving license with vehicle will be an added advantage
