Responsible for achieving results by leading a team through motivation, counselling, skills development and e-commerce knowledge development.
Responsible in identifying and aligning sellers across company's eCommerce platform to execute key initiatives, review progress with sales managers, and execute key strategies, seasonal and ad-hoc promotion events with sellers and marketing teams.
Responsible for sales business plan, account (growth) plans and strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive strategic agendas by interpreting online analytics and make strategic recommendations.
Preferably experienced sales managers with E-commerce experience in managing sales via digital sales channels on marketplaces.
Candidate should be well-versed with the latest Singapore e-commerce trend.
Ability to demonstrate strategic leadership and effective communication skills to influence positively to a team.
At least 2-3 years of managerial experience, specifically in leading and managing a team of at least 2 to 4.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and ever-changing E-commerce industry.
Adaptable to changes in company direction and market trends.
Possesses strong negotiation skills, and strong change management.
