Collaborate with public agencies, subject matter experts and researchers to shape course content, curriculum and learning outcomes for programmes and events in domain areas, namely, Public Communications and Engagement, Governance, Socio-Economics and International Relations.
Support the Institution's engagement with its Fellows, Distinguished Visitors and invited speakers, and liaise with renowned international and local experts from the academia and public service.
Develop programme interventions for continual learning and development including the assessment of Trainers/Speakers, and managing communities of practice through networking events and social media.
Degree from recognized and reputable University.
At least 2 to 4 years’ working experience in Public Communications, Corporate Communications/Engagements, Learning and Development and Curriculum Design.
Exposure to Learning and Development (including e-Learning design) and social media management is highly preferred.
Interest in current affairs and public policy issues, to support content development.
Possess strong project management skills and can deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently, in a team and with external partners.
Strong analytical, writing and communications skills.
Working Location: Buona Vista.
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays, 8.30am to 6pm and Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
