Consult with and provide professional advice to support diagnosing, sense-making, designing and implementing appropriate leadership and organisation development solutions
Conceptualize and design leadership development programmes/interventions
Facilitate leadership development programmes/solutions at various career levels, which includes conducting leadership feedback and facilitating the interpretation of psychometric assessments data.
Be plugged in to the changing needs and priorities and provide thoughtful perspectives and insights to facilitate internal sense-making and development of integrated leadership development solutions and interventions.
Provide guidance to develop junior consultants in the design and implementation of leadership development solutions
Involved in relevant applied research, provide the context and insights in the domain of leadership and leadership development, and translate research findings into practical applications
At least 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience in leadership development related function and any relevant experience in organization development or talent management work will be an advantage
Relevant, direct experience in leadership and organisation development consulting, which involves working with multiple stakeholders from various levels of the organisation system
Able to lead teams and manage complex projects
Able to work collaboratively and effectively engage with and influence stakeholders and leaders
