Main Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to customers with questions about reliability engineering software products
  • Performing product presentations
  • Utilizing and documenting the support given in SalesForce (working closely with Sales staff, Accounts and Purchasing)
  • Perform other duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support of software systems to end-users
  • At least a Diploma in Engineering, Science or Mathematics
  • Familiarity with FMEA, RCM and Life Data Analysis is an added advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
