Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer of candidates.
Responsible for talent acquisition outreach activities through collaboration with other HR Partner team members.
To be the main contact person of assigned Business Units under Nursing Services, providing guidance on HR policies and processes.
To support Line Managers in understanding and executing HR programmes/exercises including manpower planning, performance management and employee development.
To support Line Managers in managing employee matters including grievance handling, performance management and/or disciplinary cases.
To drive employee engagement programmes by collaborating with other HR Partners.
To collaborate closely with other HR teams in implementation of key HR initiatives. To ensure HR strategies/programmes are aligned with organisational needs.
To share feedback from Line Managers internally and identify new opportunities HR can better add value to business unit.
To constantly review existing employee engagement programmes with objectives of driving cultural transformation and more efficient internal communications.
To be the resource person for Staff Welfare Committee and provide guidance in terms of budget utilization.
To be a member in identified HR or inter-department projects contributing to the overall organisational strategies.
Any other projects/tasks assigned relevant to the role.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Management or Business Administration.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Recruitment and/or HR Business Partner.
Meticulous and attention to details.
Highly proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, resourceful and able to multi-task.
Team player with positive attitude.
Working Location: North East.
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursday, 8.30am to 6pm and Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm.
