- Liase and follow up with customers and internal stakeholder on claims submission.
- Claims KPI Monitoring.
- Submitting and working with the warehouse on the claim process (parts checking).
- Supporting the Customer Solution Team on all claims related issue or communications.
- Joint working with Quality Assurance (Inventory Adjustment Monitoring)
- Vendor Claims Communication / Processing
- minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Required to travel to Johor, Malaysia to visit the warehouse.
- Experience with automotive parts / spare parts business.
- SAP experience would be an advantage.
