Responsible to process customer sales orders (quotations, customers’ purchase order with verifications and follow up with customers in case of discrepancies.
Ensure business transaction closure from sales order through issuance of delivery note to invoicing and payment. If necessary, co-ordinate with customers and internal.
Involve in testing for all BST related projects.
Process improvement and updates (with related stakeholders).
Review department performance, initiate continuous business process improvements and monitor progress against meaningful key performance indicators (KPI).
Establish effective controlling/reporting tools for the department.
Analyse data and interprete results.
Minimum ‘A’ Level or diploma
At least 2-3years of related expereince.
Understand SAP system and analysis tools.
Able to speak German/French (need to liase with German/French speaking associates.)
