- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Chairman and Chairman’s PA.
- Arrange travel arrangement (flight, hotel, visa, transport, dining and etc) including for Private Jet as required.
- Primary point of contact between the executive and all other stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings (including taking meeting minutes and equipment set-up), workshops, conferences, seminars, events and business-related activities etc.
- To ensure that Chairman’s and Chairman’s family members calendars are updated timely to capture all their appointment, dining arrangements, flight schedules and meeting.
- Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally.
- Expense claims for Chairman, Chairman’s family members and Chairman’s PA.
- Coordinate with drivers for transport request for Chairman and Chairman’s family or when required.
- Coordinate with Indonesia’s secretary as and when required.
- Purchases for any item online when required for Chairman, Chairman’s family or upon Chairman’s PA request.
- To assist the PA to arrange for meals in the office when required.
- Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentation slides or any other office work required by the PA.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or similar capacity.
- Pro-active, versatile and highly independent with positive working attitude.
- Able to work on late on occasion weekends when the need arise.
- Ex-cabin crew will be an advantage
