Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve the desired targets set by the company for contracted load within the assigned non-fuel margin. 
  • Responsible to perform sales and customer service for assigned Key Account customer.
  • Executive market penetration, new product offerings, prospecting for new key account customer through tele-sales and post sales presentations.
  • Responsible for account management and achieve the targeted retention rate of existing customers.
  • Provide customers with excellent sales services.
  • Ensure minimal bad debts from existing customer and improve on the debt recovery rate.
  • Ensure compliance to company's regulations, legal and hedging procedures.
  • Develop new products and services for the commercial buildings segment.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business/ Commerce with 5 years of relevant experience in direct sales and account management experience in service large commercial and industrial customers, preferably in Energy or related field.
  • Able to lead a team of sales personnel
  • Able to meet Sales KPI
