Achieve the desired targets set by the company for contracted load within the assigned non-fuel margin.
Responsible to perform sales and customer service for assigned Key Account customer.
Executive market penetration, new product offerings, prospecting for new key account customer through tele-sales and post sales presentations.
Responsible for account management and achieve the targeted retention rate of existing customers.
Provide customers with excellent sales services.
Ensure minimal bad debts from existing customer and improve on the debt recovery rate.
Ensure compliance to company's regulations, legal and hedging procedures.
Develop new products and services for the commercial buildings segment.
Degree in Business/ Commerce with 5 years of relevant experience in direct sales and account management experience in service large commercial and industrial customers, preferably in Energy or related field.
Able to lead a team of sales personnel
Able to meet Sales KPI
