Responsible to perform sales and customer service for assigned Key Account customers
Execute market penetration, new products offerings, prospecting for new Key Account customers through tele-sales, visits and sales presentations
Support all customer-related activities and marketing to establish strong customer satisfaction in both pre-sales and post-sales services
Formulate strategies to collect customer database of relevant Mega and Large customers and keeping track of the information to ensure that the sales team is always aware of the accounts that are due for renewal.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing when preparing a proposal for approval while striving to achieve desired profit margin
Gather marketing intelligence and update Senior Manager (Corporate Sales) so as to keep up with current competitiveness.
Maintain the Company contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.
Generate reports (charts and spreadsheets) for customer to facilitate their decision-making process.
Ensure proper and accurate customer transfer process.
Handle and resolve complaints or problems from customers.
Degree in Business / Commerce with minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, account management with marketing experience.
2 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role with strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and energy market requirements.
At least 5 years of direct sales and account management experience in serving large Commercial and Industrial customers, preferably in Energy or related field.
