- Liaison with Customers on safety equipment Servicing jobs.
- Liaison with Servicing partners on back to back service support.
- Liaison with vendors (manufacturers, service providers and suppliers) on parts or service purchase.
- To perform general admin duties, to provide relief assistance & internal support.
- To generate quotations & related documents, (issuing & renewal of inspection certificates) for life boats services.
- To support, prepare and coordinate annual Classification certification documents.
- To generate POs and maintain records of jobs done and billing status. Any other admin duties assigned by the Technical Manager.
- At least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably 3 years of experience in office administration
- Language skills:
- Good documentation abilities and report writing skills.
