Assist the Accounting Manager in the day-to-day operation of Accounts Department.
Update cashbook daily & monitor cash balance in the bank.
Prepare cash flow for approval on setup FD, Forex, etc.
Application of Letter of Guarantee.
Consolidated interest rate and inform respective personnel.
Good received (SAP).
Prepare Giro payment voucher and upload to SAP.
Prepare TT payment voucher and posting to SAP.
SAP entry for cheque and IBG payment.
Billing of manual invoice (backcharge, loan interest, etc.).
Manual invoice entry to SAP.
Monitor overdue AR balance.
Monthly closing and reporting.
GST Report (Quarterly)
Communication with other Departments for GST related report & check.
Check SAP report.
Compile GST report.
Verification of staff claims.
Assist in audit.
Cost query from other dept.
Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Degree or Diploma in Accountancy.
At least 3 years' relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
Good in numbers and meticulous.
Basic knowledge of GST.
Familiar with SAP Accounting Module.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good team player and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills, detailed and well organized.
Able to commit for the entire Contract duration (16 December 2019 to 15 May 2020).
Five (5) Months' Contract (Maternity cover).
Working Location: Pioneer (Transport pick up are provided islandwide in various MRT stations).
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
