Lead, manage and deliver projects for lawyer/business professional programs or development centers.
Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of smaller core training courses and ensure programs meet the regulations across the region.
Monitor the quality of courses and provide feedback to internal and external trainers.
Deliver a range of face-to-face and virtual training courses globally such as presentation skills, coaching skills, management development, business development, project management, negotiation skills and influencing skills etc.
Collaborate closely with the global team and other key stakeholders to identify and assess training needs and communicate learning initiatives.
Design innovative face-to-face and virtual global training solutions, aligned with the global Development Framework, and based on up-to-date research, best practice and case studies.
Support regional L&L teams when needed to assist in delivering training and workshops.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development, Management, or other related areas.
Skilled in delivering training face-to-face and virtual courses to senior leaders.
Experience in projects/programs management and demonstrated ability in solving problems and driving results.
Excellent command in English and able to work with a range of stakeholders at all levels and diverse cultures.
Willing to travel.
