Primarily required to provide business and controlling support to the Region Head.
Responsible to collect, structure and analyze the data and information including financial numbers submitted by the direct reports of the Region Head to ensure consistency with the business plan of the region.
Provide first feedback to the respective functions on alignment with business focus prior to consolidation of such data and information to presentation materials and corporate/division reports. Constantly follow-up on the progress of the business plan with the APAC members in accordance with the timeline.
Provide administration support to the Human Resource department and will also be in charge of the administration of the company.
Prepare the monthly management reports/documents/PowerPoint presentation with proper analysis and structure of the information and data collected.
Assist the superior and/or team (if necessary) in administration tasks.
Organize HCS APAC management meetings and workshops.
Book business flights and hotels for superior and incoming visitors where appropriate.
Take calls and assist with general correspondence and meeting minutes.
Assist on the Recruitment, Training and Compensation and Benefits administration.
Manage & update HR information and files.
Keying of monthly timesheet into the system.
Extracting of reports for time cost purposes.
In charge of the overall office administration, including guest management, e.g. answering of main door and main line, working with the building management, travel management, office equipment, mails, groceries and/or stationery.
Supporting of Company Functions, e.g. Quarterly Town-hall, Management Meetings, Annual Year End Party.
Minimum Degree in Business, with Finance qualification or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as Business Controller and Support.
Management support, Administration and Expatriate management experience.
Three (3) Months' Contract (with possibility for renewal/conversion to Permanent headcount).
Working Location: Tampines.
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays, from 8.30am to 6pm; Fridays, from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
