Manage the Annual Manpower Budget Exercise for the Group.
Prepare remuneration information for Annual Report.
Participate in salary benchmarking(Mercer, SNEF).
Any ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
At least 8 years of experience as a HR Manager, covering Compensation & Benefits and Generalist in a fast-paced MNC setting; with Regional exposure.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and working experience with Mercer/SNEF is highly preferred.
A strategic thinker who is able to partner the stakeholders, possess flexibility and responsiveness in responding to all stakeholders.
Able to manage pressure and prioritize work under tight timelines.
Possess excellent adaptability and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Location: Sembawang/Woodlands (Transport pick-ups are provided from Sembawang, Yishun and AMK & to Sembawang MRT).
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6.15pm.
