Provide leadership in the transformation of the organization’s marketing technology stack, including the development of an overall architecture and roadmap of initiatives to deliver the technology blueprint.
Apply marketing technology principles to marketing operations, digital strategy, brand marketing, conversion optimisation, growth hacking. This includes the techniques required for media attribution and media mix optimisation.
Responsible for the suite of marketing technologies in the company, including operationalization and administration of all products
Integrate various marketing technology products with a focus on customer centricity and audience strategy. This includes data and identity management to ensure consistent data quality as well as data privacy and compliance across products.
Work with Information Security to ensure that solutions are effectively secured and risks are mitigated. Security issues must be taken into consideration in the overall design.
Bridge dependencies with external marketing service providers.
Research, evaluate and recommend new marketing technology products. Propose and drive technical POCs and feasibility studies to identify the appropriate solutions where necessary
Work with business users to analyse, understand and articulate requirements using customer journey mapping and design thinking.
Any other relevant ad-hoc duties.
Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Marketing Technology
Experience with managing cybersecurity and data security is essential.
Wide knowledge of marketing technology stack providers
Strong communication skills with proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff and business stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment.
Ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines, as well as manage multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
Strong technical leadership in formulating solutions in the marketing technology arena.
Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with concept and application of design thinking, customer journey mapping, Agile and data driven decision making.
Previous involvement in digital transformation projects is a strong plus.
