Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout organization’s learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the learning within the Public Service.
You are curious about the stories that data can tell, and imaginative in communicating these stories in a simple, yet compelling manner that connects to the organization’s strategy and goals.
To build and execute learning analytics capabilities within the organization.
Work closely and creatively in a fast-paced, agile environment with stakeholders, from researching and applying data-driven approaches to anchoring data strategy (systems, technological solutions and processes); and making recommendations that are clearly linked to organization’s strategy and priorities.
Take full ownership of the entire data process from project scoping and management, data integration, data exploration and analysis to data visualization.
Degree in any field from a recognized University.
Minimum 2 to 4 years' working experience in Learning & Development and Data Analysis.
Both practical and imaginative in problem-solving especially in emerging situations. Methodical and have a healthy dose of skepticism of the value and limits of data.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to handle pressure well.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Working Location: Buona Vista.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
