Oversees the admin team from 2 offices in Singapore and provide administrative support (travel, general procurement, facilities, security and event organisation).
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures & systems and devising ways to streamline the process.
Responsible as the official security officer & work closely with the company security team in France.
Spearheading projects relating to general office administration and general procurement.
Manage negotiation with vendors.
Oversees facilities services and maintenance activities.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Proven administrative manager experiences (Minimum 2 years of similar capacity).
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office with good Project Management and Presentation skills.
A team player with leadership caliber.
