Coordinate, execute and monitor the preventative & corrective maintenance and repair activities so that the facilities, machinery, power sources and equipment operate reliably and apply agreed improvements to safeguard site assets, safety, health and environment.
Perform corrective and preventive maintenances for the production equipment (e.g. pumps, agitators, valves)
Identify and prioritize the production criticality and equipment availability
Work with engineer to setup maintenance plan (preventive and predictive) for the production equipment, including identify and estimate the resources (manpower, material and time).
Assist engineer in equipment troubleshooting, enhancements and production line setup
Assist engineer to do improvement and monitor performance of equipment for optimization of equipment functionality
Identify, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment safety
Liaise and coordinate with vendors/contractors for equipment maintenance and repairs
Support and attend to daily ad hoc request with regards to maintenance
Attend to off-office hour call back by user to repair equipment breakdown
Plan, organize and supervise work performed by in-house contractor and external contractor engaged for maintenance work.
As authorized permit to work applicant
Good record keeping in all involved tasks relevant data in SAP
Relevant Studies in Engineering or related discipline, preferably in Mechanical.
Plant Engineering or Maintenance Certification preferred.
Overall work experience of 4 years in manufacturing plants as Maintenance Technician, preferable in the consumer goods, Chemical or pharmaceutical Industry.
Proficiency in technical engineering, problem diagnosis and resolution.
Good command in Windows environment (MS office), SAP & EHS Guidelines
Good communication skills.
Good coordination skills with contractors/vendors
Able to interpret P&ID and mechanical drawings
