A well-established Firm, providing Relocation & Investment Services.
Provide consultation services to address potential clients’ interest in Visas, including establishing suitability of the potential clients' Visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone and face-to face meetings.
Present and sell Company's services to current and potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Provide regular follow up on inquiries received.
Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the Company.
Diploma or Degree.
At least 1 year experience in Sales and Customer Service, preferably from Financial Institution/Banking industry.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Tagalog due to business needs and liaison with Tagalog speaking customers within region.
Demonstrate fluent ability to build rapport with prospects and clients quickly, in a professional and courteous manner.
Comfortable with prospecting on calls (Cold Calls).
Sales focused, result-orientated and ability to generate ideas.
Working Location: Central/CBD.
Working Hours: 5.5 days' week (Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm and Saturdays, 9am to 1pm).
Basic + Commissions can earned up to S5K, averagely commission is around $2K - $3K.
