Experience in team-lead level of Regional procurement system implementation in SAP Ariba for ESP and its subsidiaries in South East Asia
Manage the review and improvement of the current procurement workstream through required decision making to develop a shared view of common items like; category management, common approval processes
Manage the development of detailed knowledge of procurement processes, governance, roles and responsibilities and business integration points at an operational and execution level
Be responsible for defining, managing and planning the work activity for their workstream with other workstream leads
Proactivity manage, monitor and report on executional deliverables
Support businesses in their data readiness activities based on the defined data strategy, leading cleansing efforts and ensuring alignment to programmed plan
Help think through and build the ERP COE to manage transition to ERP on a longer-term basis
Apply knowledge gained of industry leading practices, benchmarking and mastery scales to procurement practices.
At least 3 years of hands-on operation experience as procurement project specialist
Pursuing or completed relevant professional procurement certification such as CPP/CPPM, SIPMM certificate/diploma with APICS certification a plus
Preferably with experience in procurement process transformation in SAP projects
Preferably with experience at working with blended teams to ensure delivery of major SAP transformation Pursue organizational compliance consistent with sound and high standard of conduct in all transactions.
Knowledge of SAP MM (including Procurement and Inventory Management), SAP MM configuration, logistic supply chain best practice desirable
Being vocal, self-driven, motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, contribute to ideas and knowledge are highly desirable
