- Site access coordination
- Document management including Sharepoint administration
- Assisting project manager or project coordinator on the publication of policy and procedural document
- Scheduling / Coordination of resources and meetings/workshops
- Creation of formal Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for Project Steering Committee and Site Coordination Committee by capturing key decisions and actions arising
- Assist in the preparation of training manuals, procedures and other supporting documents.
- Diploma in Business Administration / Information Technology.
- 0-2 years of related experience is required
- Well versed in MS office (Excel, Word, Visio and Powerpoint) and also a working knowledge of a Document Control software would be an advantage
