  • A well-established Oil & Gas industry.
  • To provide Administrative support to the Project Team as and when required, including Document Control, Calendar coordination and document creation, Visio Drafting, and Web design.
  • Site access coordination.
  • Document management including SharePoint administration.
  • Assist Project Manager or Project Coordinator on the publication of policy and procedural document.
  • Scheduling/coordination of resources and meetings/workshops.
  • Creation of formal Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for Project Steering Committee and Site Coordination Committee by capturing key decisions and actions arising.
  • Assist in the preparation of training manuals, procedures and other supporting documents.
  • Coordinating and managing off-site printing, etc.
  • Document binding, laminating, etc.
  • Taking Minutes of Meeting and converting "butchers’ paper" workshop information into formal documents.
  • Reviewing and "tidying up" documents created by others.
  • Attending team meetings and workshops to contribute to deliberations and understand the context and intent of newly created documents, etc.
  • Creation of compelling written literature including posters, emails, etc.


  • Diploma in Business Administration or Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of a Document Control software would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Independent flexible worker who is resourceful and has initiative.

Other Information:​ 

  • Two (2) Years' Contract.
  • Reports to Project Manager.
  • Working Location: Woodlands (Transport pick-ups are provided from Yishun, Sembawang, Marsiling, Admiralty, Bishan, and Ang Mo Kio MRT).
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5.30pm.
  • Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
