* Our client is a well-established multinational company specialising in electronics manufacturing,
Liaise with regional team to support and perform transactional activities for order fulfillment
Assist department Manager in necessary administrative support, document archiving, keep track of samples unit movement.
Provide support to manager including analysing business process and enhancement for selected Business Unit
Assist in sales order management e.g. issue PO, Delivery order, invoice
Prepare quotation and handle new customer accounts creation
Participate in process automation with internal departments initiatives to increase productivity, workflow optimization and procedures
Minimum 3-5 years, Supply Chain operations experience in manufacturing / electronics industry
Prior knowledge in areas such as supply chain, sales order administration, order fulfillment customer service, logistics.
Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP system.
Good with Microsoft Excel, and MS office tools.
