Job Responsibilities

  • Business partner to line managers in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, employee relations management, welfare administration, payroll administration and office administration.
  • Install HR best practices based on regional guidelines and provide support in both local and regional initiatives/projects.
  • Develop and coordinate HR strategies and initiatives to achieve employee satisfaction, retention and development
  • In-charge for general office administrative support, reception & administration Personnel
  • Attend to ad-hoc task assigned by management. 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 5 years and above Human Resource working experiences.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource organizational policies and practices.
  • Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
  • Independent and resourceful.
