Responsible to Project Support and act as a Coordinator
Support NAV end users and trouble shoot issues & implementation schedule according to planned milestones, and deliverable.
Support and coordinate the progress of IT & NAV project.
Coordinate with all stakeholders to implement projects, update and manage project key issues.
Provide functional support and ensure that application environments, licensing, and resources are made available to the team before the project initiation.
Lead and Manage User Acceptance Test (UAT) and user training sessions, with involved vendors, stakeholders & end users and follow up on reported application related issue and upgrades closely.
Provide end-user support for system functional, operational and technical basis and assist in troubleshooting, testing and maintenance of MIS key deliverable.
Maintain & responsible for IT project Training Documentation & User Guide for training purposes.
Configure & optimize Microsoft Application which include sales CRM, Sharepoint, Business Central NAV, Office 365.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Experience in NAV support, IT Project Management skills, Update on IT Trend.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin, IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
