Administer the full spectrum of HR services including recruitment and exit processes, performance management, employee relations, payroll, training and development as well as benefits and wellness programs
Perform as a role of Office Supervisor, oversee facility management and overall office administration matters
Assist the Human Resources Manager in reviewing and implementing the HR policies and procedures in accordance to legal and statutory requirements for South East Asia Pacific.
Administer and ensure compliance of HR policies, guidelines and procedures
Administer and ensure timeline compliance for all statutory submissions
Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of confidential information (HRIS/ ERP System)
Creating Purchase Requisitions/doing Receiving as part of the payment process for HR-related invoices and including office-related invoices.
Diploma in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or its equivalent with at least three years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
Good MS Office skills eg Word, Excel & Powerpoint, and experience using any HRIS/ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player who is energetic and results-oriented.
Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills
