A well-established Interior Design & Architecture Firm.
Responsible in achieving given sales target set for the Ceiling/Vinyl Flooring business.
Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with existing customers, harnessing repetitive business.
Responsible for identifying prospecting and new project opportunities and customers.
Following up on all project leads and gathering useful information to facilitate Sales.
Sharing quality information gathered from Contractor with Specification Team to facilitate project follow ups.
Proactive Sales Hunter & Thinker, using information gathered from Contractors into potential leads.
To produce Quality Reports pertaining to Sales regularly as required.
Respond to customers' queries about company products, including email inquiries and quotations timely.
Work with the Team to deliver Tender submission deadlines.
Estimate project cost based on customer’s requirements and prepares quotation for customers including the relevant Contractual Terms & Conditions.
Review sales contracts and negotiate the terms of the contract with the customers.
Submit required reports timely (relating to Core Responsibilities), providing full visibility of projects, market situation and forecasts.
Attending Project and Sales meeting for project updates, new project leads (internally) and all External Meetings relating to Sales & Projects.
Provide detailed project information in the handover form from sales to operations.
Attend to and manage any project issues where and when required, including Site Meetings (which may or may not include Project Managers).
Gather feedbacks on internal and external challenges to facilitate work and improvements.
Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Sales experience in Building and Construction industry.
Knowledge in Architecture, Interior Design and Building materials as a whole and Contractors’ buying behaviors.
Knowledge in reading floor plan and drawings.
Knowledge of selling methodologies for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with various level, both internal and external.
Persuasive skills to convince customers to make purchase decision.
Negotiation skills to achieve mutual agreement for business objective.
Effective presentation skills.
Time management to effectively prioritize work commitments.
Persistence in the face of obstacles and customer objections.
Broadmindedness, able to think in both Macro & Micro Environment, providing the best solutions and benefit for Department and Company.
Two (2) positions available (1x Sales Executive, 1x Sales Manager).
Working Location: Bishan.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Transport allowance is provided to the successful Candidates.
