* Our client is a well-established US multinational company in offering storage solutions.
* Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday) & Alternate 9:00am to 1:00pm (Saturday)
- Attend to customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Promote company’s services, products and packages to achieve successful sales closure
- Identify and escalate customers’ issues to relevant department for further investigation
- Provide support to the Sales Manager on the day to day management of the facility.
- Min Diploma holder in any field
- At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in customer service functions
- Able to work comfortably with figures and computer-related work.
- Able to work in various locations around Singapore
- Possess good communication skills, both written and spoken
