Deliver consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while complying with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviors including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of opening, closure and static data maintenance for Client, Agent and Counterparty records in the Bank’s various systems
Conduct name searches for requests from Compliance / Head Office
Understand and possess good knowledge of system/business requirements in how Client/Counterparty/Agent records are maintained/derived
Support any ad-hoc tasks/requests as assigned from time to time
Degree with at least 3 years of related working experience
Previous experience in static data maintenance for Client, Agent (EAM, EFA, Finder) and/or Counterparty records is preferred
Good knowledge of account documentation requirements in a Private Banking environment will be an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Macros and Visual Basic knowledge as well as an aptitude for technology
