Perform order processing in IFS; involve in the quote preparation/scheduling/billing reconciliation, invoicing and documentation.
Understanding customer requirement for repair and service jobs, costing and preparing quotations related to repair and service.
Assisting in tracking project GMs, change order management, and those projects considered to be at risk of delay or cancellation.
Developing contingency plans as needed to proactively address and anticipate customer issues.
Clearly communicate with customers on any changes to orders, site inspection schedules, non-conformance management items, delivery issues.
Work closely with Field Service engineers to ensure smoothness in project delivery.
Diploma or Degree.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Willing to commit for One (1) Month's Contract (Renewable and Convertible to Permanent).

Working Location: Jurong East.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
