Champion of experimental learning experiences that are learner-centred; integrating the elements of pedagogical design, space and technology.
Research and identify new learning technologies and methods for experimentation and implementation.
Design, advise and curate engaging and effective blended learning experiences, such as milestone programmes, exhibitions and short learning events.
Collect and make sense of data, both qualitative and quantitative, to evaluate learning impact within the organization.
Work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to meet participants’ learning experience needs.
Improve current business processes to deliver new learning experiences.
Degree from reputable University.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Learning & Development (L&D).
Strong team player with the ability to work and thrive in an agile and dynamic environment.
Strong organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, creative and resourceful.
Possess professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels.
Expertise in User Experience Design would be highly preferred.
Experience in classroom training/facilitation and design of learning interventions.
Working Location: Jurong.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
