Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible in full spectrum of recruitment process for the company. 
  • Serving as a liaison with HR, IT, Finance and hiring managers for new employee on-board process 
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity.
  • Coordinate, develop and update as well as design professional quality training and training materials.
  • Source training, trainer from internal and external resources.
  • Monitors and evaluates trainee's progress and development by implementing an evaluation and proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and feedback standards.
  • Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and reports results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate. 
  • Support expats for Mobility activities, including documents translation and preparation for Employment Pass application, liaison with agent for expats house hunting, schooling support etc.


Job Requirements

  • Degree graduate in Human Resource.
  • Possess knowledge in HR processes and practices.
  • Understanding of Employment Act and related labour laws.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to challenging and changing HR environment.
