Responsible in full spectrum of recruitment process for the company.
Serving as a liaison with HR, IT, Finance and hiring managers for new employee on-board process
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Coordinate, develop and update as well as design professional quality training and training materials.
Source training, trainer from internal and external resources.
Monitors and evaluates trainee's progress and development by implementing an evaluation and proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and feedback standards.
Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and reports results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
Support expats for Mobility activities, including documents translation and preparation for Employment Pass application, liaison with agent for expats house hunting, schooling support etc.
Degree graduate in Human Resource.
Possess knowledge in HR processes and practices.
Understanding of Employment Act and related labour laws.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable to challenging and changing HR environment.
