Planning and implementation of Graduate programmes. Coordination between existing exam regulations and local requirements.
Development and implementation of applicant screening processes for graduate applicants.
Identify possible cooperation partners for research cooperation and development of joint research proposals.
To spearhead in new business projects and initiatives in other fields.
Creates formal presentations to various senior level management and able to present the proposal well.
Be the main liaison person with our parent university in Germany and acts as a facilitator and problem solver.
Responsible for continuous improvement of existing Graduate programmes.
Any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
PhD in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 3 years of relevant working experiences.
Proficient in English and German, as the role requires to translate, use German documents excessively to work with German Government institutions.
Willing to travel regionally.
