Our Client is a well-established Firm, dealing with Flavors & Fragrance.
Be the front-line support in effective management of services-related queries, in charge of General Services Continuous Improvement.
Work with internal stakeholders and cross functional partners to resolve service gaps or explore solution to enhance sustainable processes to minimize breakdown in site facilities and smooth operation of workplace.
Handles Event Management, Mailroom & Front Desk functions.
Manage vendors/contractors to ensure prompt delivery of technical support.
Ensure compliance with Company and statutory requirements.
Diploma or Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Facility Management or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Office Administrator and/or Facilities services.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and G Suite (Gmail, calendar, etc.).
Excellent Presentation & Project Management skills is required.
Willing to travel within different site offices locally (North area).
One (1) Year Contract (Renewable/Convertible).
Report to General Service Manager.
Working Location: Marsiling.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
A completion bonus at the end of full term Contract (1 Year) is provided to the successful Candidate.
