* Our client is an electronics manufacturing MNC.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection process to Singapore and SEA region
- Attract talents via different channels such as direct sourcing, internet recruiting, employee referral programme
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and streamline recruitment processes
- Manage the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and co-ordination of pre-employment checks
- Manage on boarding activities for new hires as well as orientations
- Participate in projects as assigned.
- At least 5 years of talent sourcing experience in MNC environment
- Bachelor Degree in HRM/Business Administration
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Good project management skills
