Our Client is a well-established Firm, providing Business Services (Immigration, Relocation & Investment).
Lead and manage the achievement of the Company’s overall business KPI and sales.
Assist and advise CEO on operational, sales and business plan for growth.
Analyse variances, initiate corrective actions, establish and monitor financial controls.
Review and present strategies and business plan annually.
Lead, motivate and develop a team of functional and productive employees to deliver business KPIs and sales.
Ensure the efficient and profitable business performance and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
Maintain operations by preparing policies and SOP, productivity, quality and implement system improvements.
Provide consultation services to address potential clients’ interest in Visas, including establishing suitability of the potential clients' Visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone and face-to face meetings.
Present and sell Immigration services to current and potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
At least 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably from related industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; bilingual as to liaise with Mandarin speaking Clients.
Proficient in MS Office application.
Working Location: CBD.
Working Hours: 5.5 days' week (Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm; Saturdays, 9am to 1pm).
