- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to company President
- Facilitate meetings (including taking meeting minutes and equipment set-up), workshops, conferences, seminars, events and business-related activities etc.
- Travel Arrangement, Calendar Management, dining arrangement, hotel arrangement
- To run personal errands for company President
- Disseminate urgent emails to various departments
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry or similar capacity
- Candidate who possess five star or luxury hotel concierge working experience is a plus
- Able to work on weekends, flexible to work on public holiday and evenings when the need arise
