  • Our Client is a High-end Retailer for Children's apparels (European MNC).

Responsibilities: 

Marketing

  • Guaranteeing the highest customer service.
  • Maintaining customer loyalty (customer care via email, phone and WhatsApp).
  • Suggesting new initiatives such as: in-shop events and regional marketing, etc.
  • Attend to VIP clients. 

Store Image & Management

  • Maintaining the store image in line with corporate directives.
  • Following/modifying displays in line with Retail sales reports.
  • Setting up the shop window display according to the Visual Merchandising calendar.
  • Communicating with the company and reporting any possible structural problems.
  • Solving simple daily issues within the Store independently.
  • Responsible for daily cash management.

Warehouse Management

  • Organizing the warehouse and controlling the store inventory to ensure real inventory accurate as per recorded in system.
  • Carrying out Sales Order procedures in system.
  • Informing Warehouse the daily report for reorder items.

People Management

  • Handling Recruitment process for the Store.
  • Organizing staff shifts and holidays according to the company's business calendar.
  • Motivating and leading the staff.
  • KPI analysis.

Merchandise

  • Controlling Inbound and Outbound activities.
  • Correspondence between the ASN Voucher and goods received (for what concern quantity and price tag).
  • Slip-out/Slip-in and Return Voucher flow.

Inventory and Sale Management

  • Managing and controlling assortment of the shop and reorders to avoid out-of-stock.
  • Items request by final clients (entering order request; arranging shipment; notifying customer).
  • POP material.
  • Anti-theft devices to newly arrived garments, sales tag to all the items displayed in shop during sales period.
  • Inventory stock every 3 months.
  • Info and feedback by final clients to better build the start-up order.

Requirements:   

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • At least 4 years' experience as Store Manager, preferably from similar segment trade.
  • Good people management and Supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual as to liaise with Mandarin speaking Customers.
