Our client is an innovative medical & healthcare product company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement and sales' order processing
  • Liaise with HQ and forwarders
  • Assist in inventory control and issue goods receipt
  • Handle stock issue e.g. delivery and shipment
  • Responsible for administrative duties such as hotel reservation, air ticket bookings
  • Assist with event management such as seminars, training

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in any field
  • At least 3 years of experience in order processing and admin support 
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to liaise with people from all levels
  • Ability to multi-task and work under fast-paced environment
