- 1st level troubleshooting of products that customers send in for repairs
- Log in repair for those unable to be solved.
- To assist with over the counter sales and redemption of premium process.
- Coordination and managing of units to be returned to customer.
- To assist with escalation cases and follow up of escalation to closure
- Minimum 'O' level.
- At least 1 year of customer service working experience in Call center environment.
- Good attitude and pro-active in problem solving
