  • A call centre environment
  • Working hours : 5 days work week including weekends, Shift work (8.30am - 6.00pm)


  • Oversee a team of Customer Service Officer and update all roster records
  • Consolidation of shift allowance and overtime claims
  • Investigate and follow-up customers’ complaints and feedbacks immediately/when necessary. May be required to handle 2nd level escalation for walk in customer.
  • Coaching and conduct call evaluation sessions for improved call performance and quality statistics
  • Record all leave applications and medical certificates
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


  • Min Diploma holders
  • Possess prior experience in call centre is highly preferred
  • Have experience in managing and leading a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
