Working hours : 5 days work week including weekends, Shift work (8.30am - 6.00pm)
Oversee a team of Customer Service Officer and update all roster records
Consolidation of shift allowance and overtime claims
Investigate and follow-up customers’ complaints and feedbacks immediately/when necessary. May be required to handle 2nd level escalation for walk in customer.
Coaching and conduct call evaluation sessions for improved call performance and quality statistics
Record all leave applications and medical certificates
Other administrative duties as assigned
Min Diploma holders
Possess prior experience in call centre is highly preferred
Have experience in managing and leading a team
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
