Contract duration : 3 months (with possibility for extension)
Ensure smooth running of library e.g. daily opening and closing
Handle phone and walk-in enquiries
Assist staff with loans, reservations and return of books and other items
Support basic IT issues such as request for passwords, renewal of subscriptions and memberships etc.
Min Diploma / 'A' Level or equivalent
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
Comfortable with email, telephone and face-to-face correspondences.
Able to start work within short notice / immediate
