Arrange travel, accommodation and transport pick-up and ensure arrangement in place.
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Review of legal documents written in Mandarin and organize for MD approval.
Organizing events and townhalls including creating appropriate presentations
Translation of documents in Mandarin to English and act as interpreter as need for Joint Venture Board Meetings.
Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
Diploma/Degree with min 5 years of relevant working experience
Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin (requires to translate documents in Mandarin to English)
Good communication, planning and organization skills
