Plan, implement and monitor Ticket Service Provider’s overall Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehousing strategy and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and distributors in a Just–in–Time (JIT) environment in ensuring the best value for the organization through effective negotiation and partnership.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in ensuring a healthy Supply Chain Management System is in place.
Determine, monitor and track key Supply Chain KPIs such as Stock Inventory, Lead Time, Shelf Life of Equipment, Components and Parts regularly.
Oversees daily operations and Identify process bottleneck, propose and implement solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Develop work instruction for Supply Chain Management Team to support procurement, logistic and warehousing to support O&M Team and Systems Engineering Team’s requirement.
Supports O&M Team and Systems Engineering Team in developing short and long–term forecasts of Supply Chain and Financial Requirements to ensure Ticket Service Provider meets all necessary SLA objectives and are compliance to Regulators and relevant Service Partners.
Develop, plan and manage budget and resources are available for each Financial Year.
Plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control in warehouse.
Stay up to date with latest Supply Chain technologies and best practices ensuring continued implementation of asset management best practices for Ticket Service Provider to achieve ISO 55001 Asset Management Certification.
Perform any other duties as instructed by Management.
Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering with Financial background is highly preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in an O&M industry involving Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistic or Warehousing.
Hands on experience on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems (e.g. SAP, Maximo, Oracle).
Ability to work independently and in a team in a challenging environment.
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
