Providing Technical (Pre/Post Sales) supports to distributors, partners, system integrators, direct sales teams, regarding Smart Home portfolio of products - Wiring devices, home and building automation , video door entry, gate barriers automation, CCTV systems, etc.
Plan & execute training plans, especially for new released products.
Identify improvement needs of partners and provide targeted trainings.
Preparing appropriate and competitive system design, application, product selections, listing and offers/tenders preparation in response to RFQs.
Gives product presentations to consultants, contractors, developers.
Perform site visits, site guidance, systems testing & commissioning.
Perform in-depth competitive analysis, in particular major competitors’ offers and solutions.
Perform visits and develop deep cooperative relationships with consultants (ID, Architects, MEP, ELV) with the objective to work together and derive best-in-class solutions specified in projects. And also work towards identification as approved manufacturer.
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering Discipline, with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Smart Home Technological/ Home Automation Solutions organizations.
Technically inclined. Proactive, innovative, and possess excellent people relations managing capability.
Independent problem solver. Good planning and organization skills.
Technical background on wiring devices, home and KNX automation, and intercom is highly preferred.
Able to travel SEA & ANZ regions on regular basis
