Our Client is a well-established Healthcare Organization.
The incumbent will support the Organization’s delivery of Health education and kidney failure prevention efforts through planning and developing of education and prevention programmes for the Community's high risk groups such as members of the public who are at a higher risk for kidney disease and kidney patients’ family members.
Promote and organize monthly kidney screening programmes for the high risk group.
Work with external stakeholders in the primary care sector to implement and execute a follow-up intervention programme.
Develop, monitor and review effectiveness of the programmes by working with internal departments to analyse data outcomes from the screening results.
Develop and nurture partnerships with the primary care sector and relevant stakeholders such as Grassroots organisation, Corporations and Health institutions.
Conceptualize and execute island-wide events for the Organization.
Other responsibilities include managing the high risk group database and administrative duties.
Bachelor Degree in Public health, Life sciences, Integrated care, Community health, Sociology.
At least 5 years of working experience in Healthcare or relevant Health promotion industry.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Critical analysis abilities is required.
Highly independent but yet effective in team setting.
Passion in working with the community to better integrate Health services.
Experience in quantitative data analysis and qualitative research is highly preferred.
Working Location: Central.
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursday, 8.30am to 6pm and Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm.
